What does KaleidoHope mean?
The KaleidoHope name stems from a combination of “kaleidoscope” and “hope”. Like a kaleidoscope, there are many different ways to see the picture and sometimes a small turn of the kaleidoscope brings a clearer and more appealing vision. At KaleidoHope, there is always another method to try and another path to consider – there is always hope!
What does KaleidoHope do?
KaleidoHope has a variety of services available to meet your needs. We are here to help you navigate and consider your options! Services include tutoring, academic support, supported decision making, community resources, and learning resources. Check out more service details on the services page.
What is the cost for these services?
A cornerstone belief at KaleidoHope is that everyone should have access to learning assistance and barrier resolution no matter their financial situation. We work with students and families to create a contribution plan if needed. Contact us today to discuss your options and the associated fees.
Where are you located?
You will find us in the heart of Bondurant at 109 Main Street SE! Within walking distance of the local Bondurant schools. You can see our exact location on this map.
What areas do you serve?
The service area is mainly eastern Polk County:
- Altoona School District
- Ankeny School District
- Bondurant School District
- East Des Moines School District
- Home Schooled Students
However, any student of any age, and/or family seeking assistance will be welcomed!
How can I help support KaleidoHope's mission?
As a nonprofit 501C(3), all fees and donations go back into KaleidoHope. To help support our mission of providing supports service coordination, information and assistance for individuals and families, you may send a donation electronically on the donation page or by mail to: KaleidoHope LRC, P.O. Box 25, Bondurant, IA 50035. A tax deductible receipt will be provided.

How do I rent KaleidoHope’s facility?
